Each book is printed to order and shipped directly from our print partner. Production typically takes a few business days, plus delivery time. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
Returns
Because every copy is personalised and printed to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If your book arrives damaged or with a print fault, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.
